When I need a break from my hectic life, I head straight to this county park in picturesque Glenwood, New York (just south of Buffalo, NY), which is frequented by veterans.Sprague Brook is a beautiful park with walking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and biking trails—including snowmobile trails. Multi-use trails run throughout the park and are maintained by the WNY Mountain Biking Association.
